STEP 01

Common Login Screen

Every user of this system will use the one login screen. After successful login, they will be sent to their dashboard.

STEP 02

Manage Insured

Insured Data will be added in the system either manually by filling form, bulk upload or API. All Insured Data will be available to see with filter of zonal wise, division wise, added date etc.

STEP 03

Tele Medical Examination

Doctor/Medical Experts will talk to insured over telephone and respective recording will be available in the report.

STEP 04

Video Medical Examination

Doctor/Medical Experts will talk to insured through video calling via system and the real time video will be available.

STEP 05

Lab Test

Lab tests can be performed by either home sample collection or from diagnostic centre. Web cam facility to capture the pic through system and upload on server to show real time verification process.

STEP 06

Upload Report

Verified, digitally signed and encrypted report will be updated in the system.

STEP 07

MIS Data

Zonal/Division wise real time report. Management can perform various filter like search directly by insured ID etc. Weekly/Daily report will be sent over mail.

STEP 08

Automatic Invoicing

System generated invoice will be available for previous months in first week of each month for all divisions.

STEP 09

Grievance Redressal and Escalation Mechanism

Each Insured will be provided Login ID which can be used to login and post any kind of query and get solution in quick time. There will be escalation system if the query is not addressed in a defined time.
